At Gayatri Jewels, we are committed to delivering premium-quality imitation jewellery. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons), unless received damaged or incorrect.
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- A complete unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Many jewellery sellers require an unboxing video to verify transit damage and prevent fraudulent claims.
4. Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved:
- We will send a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
- If the product is unavailable, you may choose:
- Store Credit, or
- A full refund.
5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
7. Return Shipping
- If the mistake is ours (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Important Notes
- Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- Minor handcrafted variations are not considered defects.
- Gayatri Jewels reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
